We employ the latest technology, which ensures data integrity from disk to plate. Our Basys system produces 36 plates per hour, ensuring swift, smooth flowing production. We also offer CIP3 colour proofing on all Komori presses, allowing for a faster make ready, therefore quicker production.

Being the largest Komori user in the Southern Hemisphere, with 11 Komori Presses in operation, and boasting the only 4/2 colour perfector in South Africa, Pro Print is able to offer excellent quality and versatility. Running 10 000 sheets per hour with automatic wash up and quick make readies, production turns jobs around quickly and efficiently. The fleet of Komori presses, as well as our array of KBA and Heidelberg print presses, are complimented by an extensive range of finishing machinery.

With 7 state-of-the-art Bobst 76/106 die cutting machines,  with full stripping units, our team guarantees precision and quality. Heidelberg cylinders are kept just as busy with a huge demand on re-runs of existing work.

Our equipment includes 6 Bobst carton gluers and a Jagenburg. From various sizes to styles, the Pro Print team will ensure quality throughout the run. Offering both straight line and crash lock styles.

All your folding requirements will be met with our range of H&H and GUK folders. We are equipped to fold a maximum print item of 880mm x 400mm, and a minimum fold of 25mm.

Our capabilities extend to cold-glued spine books / booklets.

Pro Print conveniently offers the “Attach-a-Leaflet®” facility for various applications.

Pro Print is able to offer 2 options of Braille – the standard conventional embossing method as well as UV Braille.
